CROCHET DISH TOWEL HOLDER – CROCHET PATTERN

What you need: 
4 mm Hook
– Medium Weight Yarn in Red, Wine, and Black (I used Dishie in Fiesta Red, Pomegranate, and Black)
70mm (or larger) Wooden Rings
Darning Needle

Abbreviations: US Terms
Ch – chain
Sc – Single Crochet
Dc – Double Crochet
Sl st – Slip Stitch
St – stitch

With Black: Ch 41.
Slide two wooden rings on the chain, then sl st into first ch forming a ring.

1. Work this round in the back bump of the chain. 
Ch 2. Dc in next 2 sts. *Switch to Wine, dc in next 3 sts. Switch to Black, dc in next 3 sts* work 6 times. Switch to wine, dc in last 3 chs. Join. (41 sts)

Drop Black. 

2. With wine, ch 2. Dc in next 2 sts. Join Red, dc in next 3 sts. *Switch to Wine, dc in next 3 sts. Switch to Red, dc in next 3 sts* work 6 times. Join with first st. (41 sts) 

Drop Red. 

3. Ch 2. Dc in next 2 sts. *Switch to Wine, dc in next 3 sts. Switch to Black, dc in next 3 sts* work 6 times. Switch to wine, dc in last 3 chs. Join with first st. (41 sts) 

Drop Black

4. 
With Wine, ch 2. Dc in next 2 sts. Join Red, dc in next 3 sts. *Switch to Wine, dc in next 3 sts. Switch to Red, dc in next 3 sts* work 6 times. Join with first st. (41 sts)

Cut Red and Wine. 

5. Sl st in the third loop of each st around.
(41 sts) 
Tie off all yarns and weave in ends. SOLID COLOR DIRECTIONS:
Ch 41.
Slide two wooden rings on the chain, then sl st into first ch forming a ring.
