Mary – Rustic Crochet Nativity

Crochet Mary, part of the FREE Mini Nativity Set pattern. See the Main CAL page here.

Mary is seen keeling at the manger of her newborn babe.  She is kneeling with both feet under her and her knees to the front. You can help the shape by strategically stuffing to make the bump look more like knees.

  1. I think there is another mistake in round 4 of the cloak. 13 + 2 +4 + 2 + 13 = 34 (not 36).

    I changed it to 14 + 2 + 4 + 2 + 14 = 36. Is this ok?

    Thanks.

    Rita

    1. Yes I caught that last night, it should be: Ch 2, dc in next 13 sts, work 2 dc in next st. Dc in next 6 sts, work 2 dc in next st. Dc in next 13 sts. Turn. (36 sts)
