EASY CHUNKY GRANNY STITCH CROCHET SHAWL – CROCHET PATTERN
When I finished this shawl several weeks ago, it still felt very much like summer, but Mother Nature likes to come in looking’ sharp sometimes, because now it feels like lovely fall, and the mornings are chilly and crisp. This crochet shawl is going to get a lot of good use this season.

This easy crochet shawl is from the Vanilla Tuesday collection, a library of patterns we acquired several months ago. I was pleased with how quickly and easily it works up. Getting started could possibly be a bit rocky for a very beginner, but I have included helpful photos so I am hoping crocheter of all skill levels can make this shawl.

Could this shawl be made using a triple crochet instead of the granny stitch?
Possibly! but it may affect the finished size. You would need to do those calculations on your own.
