If you are on my email list you know that Plaid Week is coming up in just a couple weeks.
As in years past, I wanted to share some details in case you wanted an excuse to buy more yarn OR if you have a project that you really want to make but don’t have the right yarn in your stash.

This year will be slightly different than previous years. Plaid Week will actually be TWO WEEKS this year. Woot woot!
Read on for more details.
Plaid Blanket CAL: October 21 – 26
For the first week this year, we will have a week-long blanket CAL, brought to you by Red Heart. I designed 5 different squares for the blanket; one will be released each day of the week with construction on the last day. I am so excited to share this partnership with you! I have been working on it through the summer and I am thrilled how the blanket came out.
The blanket will be 20 squares (5 x 4) and will be a finished size of approximately 50″ x 40″. Make sure to buy more or less yarn if you plan to make a different sized blanket! Easily make extra squares to adjust your blanket size.
