When I finished designing my Poca Bear, I loved the base pattern and immediately set out to design some different variations. I love the wide nose and close-set eyes of the face, so cute! I wanted the design to work for other animals as well, so first on my list was a bunny. (this pattern was originally released around Easter).
And since I gave Poca a cute little vest, I decided I really wanted to add clothes. Clothes are so fun for the children who get to play with them! I also wanted to add clothes because I thought it would be fun to have interchangeable outfits for each design, as they are all using the same base design. I hope to design a whole closet of clothing for these cute stuffies! It’s been so much fun so far.
This pattern includes overalls, with instructions for altering to make a jumper dress, and also includes a little headband pattern. The Boy claimed this bunny, (sis claimed Poca) and it’s so endearing to see how much he loves him.
He is nearing the age when he won’t care too much for cute animals and I am dreading the day! (sad face!)
