  4. I love the baby sandals and would love to crochet them for my grandchildren, but could you explain what is a half double crochet, is it a single crochet? What is a tog?

    1. Jennifer, a half double crochet is yarning over on your hook and going through the stitch and yarning over again, then pulling that up and you’ll have three yarn overs on your hook. Then yarn over and go through all three yarn overs. It’s is very similar to a double crochet. “Tog” means together. If you ever need more information on stitches, go to youtube and just enter whatever it is you need information on. They have so many videos that will teach you just what you need. Have fun making things. I love crocheting. Tina

  5. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful patterns! It’s very generous of you. I am fairly new to crochet. I think it would help me tremendously if you could include a stitch count for each row. I seem to have trouble keeping my stitches lined up. Thank you Bethany! : )
