Oh Sandra! I am so sorry, I somehow misread which pattern you were referring to. Please disregard my first comment. For this slipper, working the second round of the sole in a DC stitch might do the trick, to make it bit wider. Once I get back into working the pattern I will try to figure it out.  I would assume the tongue would have to be widened as well, but that would be easier to figure out.]]></description>
