Happy midweek everyone! The snow in our area has been pretty awesome. Not only does it warm the air a bit, it’s very fun to play in (not so fun to drive in). The kids are fascinated as things in the yard disappear under a soft, white blanket. The cold calls for new hats! This particular hat was a request from The Boy. I am never sure if he really wants thing he requests because he changes his mind A LOT. This plush octopus and his baby brother are both things he loved, but he changed his mind about these Snowfall mittens. This Kid’s Crochet Robot Hat was a such a fun idea, however, that I wanted to give it a try!

Hello Bethany, I am thinking about making this hat and I wondered what specific yarn/colors you used for this? Thanks!
Hi Sarah! I used Brava by Knit Picks –> http://shrsl.com/9muw
And I used Cornflower, Alfalfa and Orange :)
