Hi Tammy! Yes this was a while ago, very sorry! It looks like they don’t have the pattern any more either darn! If you wanted to wing it, any bulky t shirt will do, you can try Wool and The Gang (online only), We are Knitters is an online only shop as well. Or Hoooked XL Ribbon. All of these are online, I have not been able to find a good t shirt yarn in stores, sadly.

Size issues are just gauge issues, meaning your stitches are just tighter.
You said your first one was 24″, did you have the same st count both times? If you have double checked your stitches and everything is correct except the the size, you can change it by going up a hook size to make everything bigger.
