Happy Friday everyone! We’ve had an exciting week here, and I am dying to share our family news with you, but I will hold off for another week so I can get a photo shoot done to share. Feeling the suspense yet?
I have been dreaming of a hexagon project, and this one came to me one night (am I the only one that dreams about crochet?). I am absolutely thrilled with how it turned out, and even more thrilled with how easy and quick it was to make. If you like this boho style, then I encourage you to give this crochet hexagon wall hanging a try.
I also highly suggest Dishie from KnitPicks. It is 100% cotton, and I love how it hangs in this project. It is soft, but holds its shape very nicely. I especially love how my fingers aren’t raw after working with it, which is something I have experienced working with other cotton yarns. If you decided to go with it, I chose Flamingo, Navy, and Swan and I love the look of the colors together. I think this one is going to go in the baby’s room.
I am sharing the full tutorial for this crochet hexagon wall hanging over at Pretty Providence today, so be sure to click over the get it.
If you like hexagons, you might enjoy the Hexagon Crochet Along we did at the beginning of the year, which includese 8 unique hexagon patterns, and 8 fun projects to make with them.
