Oy. I am wondering if this is a good time to do a CAL. It’s close to Christmas so you might be tied up in your Christmas and gift projects. OR you may want to take a small break and make something cute, cozy and trendy for yourself. I guess I will let you decide because I am doing it. This Chunky Fringe Scarf is an older pattern of mine that needed to be rewritten and rephotographed and I thought it would be fun to make it together.
Are you in?
What are we making?
This soft and cozy Chunky Fringe Scarf! It is made with chains and dcs so it works up quickly and is warm and comfortable.
What do we need:
The scarf takes a #6 chunky yarn, and We Are Knitters has graciously given me an exclusive coupon for you to use to get some lush, soft and squishy yarn!
I used The Wool, which is unbelievable soft and fluffy without shedding and tickling your nose. You will need 2 balls of yarn to complete the scarf (you will have over half a ball leftover).

You also need a 11.5 mm hook.
What do we start?
Well, since I doubted you would have time for anything other than a mini-CAL, we are making it Dec. 14th – 15th. It’s Mini! It’s easy peasy!
So gather up your supplies and we will meet back here on December 14th!
