Free Crochet Pattern: Never miss a sales opportunity again by carrying around your business cards in this cute crochet business card pouch!

Maybe this has happened to you: you head out to run errands in a super cute scarf (or headband, or mitts or any other beautiful handmade item), and you get stopped by someone who asks where you got your beautiful accessory! Well this is perfect, because not only did you MAKE it, but you make and sell lots of things! You dig in your bag, trying to find a loose business card  (or maybe you don’t carry business cards) and can’t find one. Ugh! You swear you will have business cards next time someone asks.

Well this adorable little crochet business card pouch might help you with this problem. Make a few of these pouches and put one in your car, or in your bag or in your pocket and you will be sure to get every sale and every lead that you run in to.

I really love the delicate texture of fingering-weight yarn. It would be very daunting to attempt something large like a blanket or afghan in this tiny yarn, but it works out perfectly for this little pouch.

Attach a small button in the middle of pouch, between rows 8 and 9.

I feel I need to add that although that flower shaped button is super cute, I do not recommend it! I will be putting a round button on the next one I made, it catches on the yarn annoyingly.

  1. I have been crocheting for 45+ years now. I love it when patterns are available to download for free. This business card holder is simply adorable. I only recently purchased business cards for myself and this card holder is just the ticket.

    Love the colors you used. They are soft and feminine. Think I’ll try my first one in tones of pink.

    Thank you for sharing the pattern. Have a lovely day.

    1. Thank you! So glad you like it! I am glad you are doing business cards, I carry a few every time I go out, you never know when you will need one!

  2. Hi Bethany;

    I love your patterns. Can you tell me what size the holder should wind up being. Do you have the pattern in knit as well (in case I can’t follow this crochet pattern)? I knit more than crochet but think I may be able to follow this. Thanx! At this time I don’t post pictures but hope to in the near future and will send you finished items.
