  2. Does it still count as “baby weight” if your baby is now definitely a toddler? Hm…Anyway. Been thinking about trying to lose that last 10 pounds (which WON’T BUDGE) for a while now…so food journal, huh? All right, I’m game. Thanks for the tip…the only one I have to reciprocate with is just not to go down the snack aisle at the grocery store. If it doesn’t make it into my house, it won’t make it into my mouth.

    1. Time flies by so fast, I think it counts ;) I definitely agree about the snack aisle. If you have will-power in the grocery store, you don’t need it at home at 10:00pm and the chocolate cravings hit, good tip! I hope the food journal works for you, I was appalled at what I was eating once I started writing it down. I mean, you know what you ate, but you just don’t really think about it sometimes. Thanks for visiting!

  3. I might add…be careful of when you wean baby, those pounds can sneak back on when you’re not using so many calories. I was so proud of myself, I lost all the weight after 6 months with each kid but then the lbs crept back on after they were weaned. I’ve been trying to lose it for 14 years now, lol!!
