Cold Porcelain Necklace

A few months ago I wrote about making a homemade clay from white glue and cornstarch.

Well, it's been sitting in a glass jar for a while.

But I finally made something fun.

A bead necklace!

This is probably the most easy thing to make. Simply roll balls of clay and poke a hole through each with a tooth pick.

Next time I will definitely poke bigger holes. I intended to use ribbon instead of string, but the holes I made weren't big enough, so I had to string them and then tie ribbon to the ends.

It still turned out pretty cute.

What would you create with homemade clay?
